[AlbaNova] Receptionen Albanova; Fire alarm

Hello!



Yesterday (13/12) at about 16.15 the fire alarm set off.

The reason was a technical problem with a sensor on

the 5th floor.



This was not an exercise, but a real situation,

and it occurred at Lucia, when candles are used

in the building.



The evacuation of the building went fairly well, and

most people left the building. There were, however,

people who ignored the alaram and remained in the

building. This is not acceptable.



The fire brigade, with help of AlbaNova staff, located

the technical problem, and gave clearance that the

building could be re-entered. This occurred at about

16.38.



There are still some elements in the fire alarm

process that could be improved from the AlbaNova

point of view. This will be reviwed in the near

future.
