[AlbaNova] Power outage follow up

Dear all,

As you know there was a power outage yesterday afternoon, caused by some 
power grid fault.

Initially the electronic door locks didn't work due to the nodes not 
being connected to the UPS, that was immediately corrected and such an 
outage should not occur again.

Furthermore the deionized water supply was damaged and is in need of 
repairs. Unfortunately we don't have a close estimate as to when it will 
be functioning again but a technician is on the way with spare parts.
