the second deadline for registration for the conference has now passed, but the unfortunate truth is that we are too few students to organize a meaningful event, so the conference will be canceled. This is rather unfortunate, since it would have been nice to

 have a continuation of this series of conferences which was started several years ago. I'm pretty sure I know where I went wrong in terms of organizing this event, my apologies for the inconvenience caused by this.</p>
