[Drand] Update of ISPs and corona

Dear all,

Stockholm University has decided that it is mandatory to note in the 
individual study plan how the corona pandemic has influenced the PhD 
studies.

The Science Faculty has produced a document for this, to be used as an 
addendum to the ISP. At Fysikum the committee KUF has decided that this 
addendum i mandatory to use for all ISP updates from 2020-10-26 until 
one year from now (2021-10-25). The document, "Bilaga om effekten

For you who have not updated the ISP yet this year, please start the 
procedure now. And even if you have already updated the ISP this year, 
it may be worthwhile to make a new update in order to include the 
effects of the pandemic.
