Hi,

Newly conducted surveys indicate a rise in mental health issues among 
PhD candidates. Which is why we from the SULF Doctoral Candidate 
Association have chosen mental health as this year’s theme. With this 
survey, we wish to find out more about how PhD candidates are coping 
with work-related mental health problems and whether or not they are 
aware of and using any of the services provided by their universities. 
The form consists of three sections, general information, general 
wellbeing, COVID-19-related questions.

The survey is anonymous and takes approximately 5 minutes to fill in.
