Hej lärare och assistenter,

Igår kom nya restriktioner för att minska smittspridningen. Vi har nu beslutat om vad som gäller angående undervisning på Fysikum under första halvan av vårterminen:

- Redan inplanerade examinationer i januari ges på campus enligt plan.

- Praktiska moment såsom laborationer sker på campus.

- Vid undervisning på plats ska studenter ges möjlighet till fysisk distansering. I de fall då distansering inte är möjligt rekommenderas munskydd. Dessa tillhandahålls av Fysikum.

- Grundprincipen är att undervisning fortsatt sker på campus med gles sittning i undervisningslokalen. För de kurser där undervisning på distans bedöms vara likvärdigt med salsundervisning finns möjlighet till distansundervisning. I de fall tillräckligt stor sal inte finns att tillgå, bör undervisning ske antingen på distans eller i hybridform där vissa studenter följer undervisningen på distans.

- Examination sker i huvudsak på campus.

- Studenter och lärare ska stanna hemma vid symptom för Covid-19. Vi ska underlätta för studenter som inte har möjlighet att följa undervisningen på plats.

- För kurser som inte ges enligt planerat undervisningsformat kommer information om aktuellt format anges på kursens sida i digitala utbildningskatalogen.

- Information om andra halvan av vårterminen 2022 kommer så snart som möjligt.

Om nya riktlinjer eller rekommendationer kommer från Regeringen, SU eller andra myndigheter kan ovanstående komma att ändras.

Kursanasvarig lärare ombeds att ta kontakt med oss så fort som möjligt om formatet på undervisningen på din kurs behöver justeras. Information om detta ska då publiceras på kurssidan i utbildningskatalogen. Om schemat behöver justeras så kontakta Anders Hedqvist. Lärare och assistenter kan boka teknisk utrustning för distans- eller hybridundervisning via indico (https://indico.fysik.su.se/rooms/rooms) och som sedan hämtas upp i C1:0025 (ni som undervisar i vår ska ha tillgång till rummet). Kom ihåg att informera studenterna om upplägget på kursen så snart de har registrerat sig på kursen och dyker upp i kursens Athena sida.

Hi teachers and assistants


Yesterday new restrictions were introduced to reduce the spread of Covid-19. We have decided the following regarding teaching at Fysikum during the first half of the spring semester:

- Exams in January will take place on campus as planned.


- Practical parts of courses, e.g. lab exercises, will be held on campus.


- Physical distancing should be possible during all campus teaching. In cases where physical distancing is difficult to maintain, face mask are recommended and will be provided by the department.


- The main principle will be to keep teaching on campus with seating spread out in the lecture room. Courses where remote teaching is judged to be equivalent to campus teaching may be held remotely. If a sufficiently large room is not available, teaching should be held remotely or in hybrid mode where some students follow the course remotely.


- Exams will primarily be held on campus.

- Students and teachers should stay home in case of symptoms for Covid-19.  We will facilitate participation for students who cannot attend on campus.


- In case the format of a course changes from what was originally planned, this will be posted on the course page in the digital course catalog.


- Information regarding the second half of the spring semester will be given as soon as possible.

These guidelines are subject to change if new directives are given by the government, Stockholm University or other government agencies.

Course coordinator/examiner is asked to contact us as soon as possible if the format of teaching on your course needs to be adjusted. Information about this must then be published on the course page in the digital course catalog. If the schedule needs to be adjusted, contact Anders Hedqvist. Teachers and assistants can book technical equipment for remote or hybrid teaching via indico (https://indico.fysik.su.se/rooms/rooms) and which is then picked up at C1: 0025 (you who teach this spring should have access to the room). Remember to inform the students about the format of the course as soon as they have registered for the course and appear on the course's Athena page.
