[Drand] Decision regarding travel stipends at Fysikum

Dear all,

the vice chancellor of Stockholm University has taken the decision 
regarding the travel stipends at Fysikum, which were announced in 
October 2021. The decision was according to the proposal from Fysikum, 
attached here. Please follow the instructions in the attached document 
to receive the stipend.
