I hope all of you had a great summer. The new academic year starts this week and I also hope you are looking forward to your new assignments. Like previous year we will have an introductory meeting where I will give a short overview and some practical information
for teaching assistants. After that Sara Strandberg who is the representative for equal opportunities at the department will talk about gender equality and equal opportunities. This last part of the meeting with Sara is
<b>compulsory for all new teaching assistants</b> or anyone who has missed it previous year.
<br>
<p>This is also a good opportunity to raise general questions about teaching assignments. If you have something you think we need to discuss, please let me know in advance if possible.

<p>Everyone that has been assigned teaching tasks and anyone who is interested in working as teaching assistant in the future are welcome to the meeting on
<b>Monday October 17 in FP22 10:00-11:00</b> (house 1 at the bus stop). I hope to see all of you there.
