<div class="">Huvudprincipen är att fysisk distansering alltid skall iakttas. Antalet studenter som vistas </div>


<div class="">samtidigt i laborationssalar begränsas, och studenter får som mest samarbeta i par. I alla </div>


<div class="">labbsalar finns handdesinfektion och sprit för rengöring av utrustning. Under gällande </div>


<div class="">rekommendationer från Folkhälsomyndigheten kommer munskydd inte att tillhandahållas</div>


<div class="">av universitetet, men de studenter och lärare som vill är naturligtvis fria att använda munskydd.</div>


<div class="">Detta får dock inte ersätta fysisk distansering. Om det inte är möjligt att hålla avstånd så måste</div>


<div class="">alternativa undervisningsformer hittas. Vi påminner om att läget kan komma att ändras, och</div>

<div class="">Anmälan görs smidigast genom webbformuläret på vår hemsida. Påminn gärna studenterna </div>

Another semester is about to start, and as you all know it will be a bit different from<br class="">


normal. Most of our teaching will be done online, and I know that many of you are<br class="">


spending a lot of effort trying to adapt your teaching in the best way possible. Thank<br class="">


you for helping to make the best of a difficult situation!<br class="">

All schedules for the first half of the semester should now be updated, and show <br class="">


which parts of a course are online, and which are on campus. Information is also <br class="">


given for each course in the online course catalog. We are working to do the same <br class="">


for courses during the second half.<br class="">

Information about the routines for labs and other teaching given on campus is available.<br class="">

The governing principle is that physical distancing needs to be maintained at all times.<br class="">


A smaller number of students is allowed in the labs at one time, group size is limited to pairs, <br class="">


and individual work is preferred. All labs have been equipped with hand sanitiser and <br class="">


disinfectant for cleaning equipment. Given the current recommendations from the Swedish <br class="">


Public Health Authority, masks will not be provided by the university. Students or staff <br class="">


who wish to use masks are free to do so, but this is not a substitute for physical distancing. <br class="">


Any activity where physical distancing cannot be maintained needs to be replaced. Please<br class="">


note that the recommendations may be revised - we will keep you updated of any changes.<br class="">

- to comply with new SU regulations, it will be mandatory for students to sign up<br class="">


in advance to all exams. This includes the normal exam at the end of each course,<br class="">


as well as any re-exams. The best way to sign up is via the web form on our home<br class="">


page. Please help to remind the students as the exam approaches!<br class="">

- we would like to remind everyone that results from exams and lab reports need to <br class="">


be available to the student (entered in Ladok) within three weeks (15 working days). <br class="">


If you believe that you may not be ready in time, contact the head of the course as<br class="">


soon as possible.<br class="">
