<span lang="EN-US">Once again I need your help in spreading information about vacant positions as PhD student representative on University groups on central/area level. We have had a hard time finding PhD student representatives to these groups and I want to
clarify that these positions can be applied for by all PhD students (except for BUF and Budget committee where you have to be a registered PhD student at a department in the field of humanities). However the meetings are held in Swedish so the representative
needs to be able to read and understand Swedish but can communicate in English.</span></p>
