  Revert "Update krb5-config to include sqlite3 lib"

This reverts commit 7e6b558d2a261228806c0998f3be83985bb1bf3e.

It is better to avoid exposing internal libraries to external
applications. Additionally, the value was not being interpolated into
krb5-config.
