    <p>The score you are talking about is the 'inparalog score' and it
      is also shown in the inparanoid.pl output, but as a percentage.

        Dear staffs of InParanoid:
        <div><br>
          <div>
            <div>Recently, I downloaded the local version Inparanoid 4.1
              to analyse the ortholog groups among some species.
              However,the result obtained differed with it from the
              InParanoid website(as two attachments to this letter).</div>
            <div>the website provides the InParanoid scores(0-1) and the
              bootstrap(%) of each cluster, but there is no "InParanoid
              scores(0-1)", which is vital for me, in my results. In
              this case, I feel disappointed for it. </div>
            <div><br>
            </div>
            <div>Could you help me with this problems? It will be very
              meaningful if you can help!</div>
            <div>Hoping for your quick response! Thanks in advance!</div>
