<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">I am sure this would be of interest for everybody, and it would perfectly fit the purpose of the JC of keeping us updated on the most interesting recent preprints.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">Unfortunately I don't know who would be willing to present this paper. Maybe someone working in cosmology would have an advantage in preparing for it. Given the length of the paper and its new material it is
of course a challenging task, but I believe that a presentation that focuses only on certain aspects of that work would already be good (actually it would be best).<o:p></o:p></p>
