Working field:
- collaboration in research in Computational Biology, with focus
on protein structure prediction; linking experimental with
computational methods (integrative modelling); protein dynamics;
protein docking
- participation in teaching computer science.
Requirements:
- successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or
equivalent) in computer science or a related field of study
- very good knowledge and experience in one of the specified
research areas
- experience in collaborating with biologists or experimental
methods for structure determination are desired
- good skills in (deep) machine learning
- experience in the use of CPU- and GPU-based compute clusters
- very good English skills are essential; sufficient language
proficiency to teach classes in both German and English is expected
