Work­ing field:

   - col­lab­or­a­tion in research in Com­pu­ta­tional Bio­logy, with focus
   on pro­tein struc­ture pre­dic­tion; link­ing exper­i­mental with
   com­pu­ta­tional meth­ods (integ­rat­ive mod­el­ling); pro­tein dynam­ics;
   pro­tein dock­ing
   - par­ti­cip­a­tion in teach­ing com­puter sci­ence.

Require­ments:

   - suc­cess­fully com­pleted uni­versity degree (Mas­ter, Dip­lom or
   equi­val­ent) in com­puter sci­ence or a related field of study
   - very good know­ledge and exper­i­ence in one of the spe­cified
   research areas
   - exper­i­ence in col­lab­or­at­ing with bio­lo­gists or exper­i­mental
   meth­ods for struc­ture determ­in­a­tion are desired
   - good skills in (deep) machine learn­ing
   - exper­i­ence in the use of CPU- and GPU-based com­pute clusters
   - very good Eng­lish skills are essen­tial; suf­fi­cient lan­guage
   pro­fi­ciency to teach classes in both Ger­man and Eng­lish is expec­ted
