-Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor Of Bioinformatics

Bioinformatics is crucial for the analysis of data from projects at SLU sequencing different species' genome and transcription. With network analyses and visualisation of Big Data scientists at SLU structure and analyse data from next generation sequencing, proteomics and metabolomics. The candidate will be able to collaborate with researchers from SLU’s all faculties and international researchers, studying data from viruses, bacteria, nematodes, plants, wildlife, domestic animals, humans and microbiota.
