A PhD position in computational biology and genome regulation is available at Department of Biosciences (IBV), University of Oslo; 3 or 4 years.
Topic: Evolutionary basis of gene regulatory and epigenetic mechanisms influenced by the three-dimensional (3D) organization of the genome. This will be explored in a cross-disciplinary environment of molecular, evolutionary, and computational biologists, and bioinformaticians.
