There is a PhD scholarship within bioinformatics available at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) in Ås, Norway:

The research group BIAS (Bioinformatics and Applied Statistics), Faculty of chemistry, biotechnology and food sciences (KBM) at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) has a vacant three-year PhD–position related to environmental microbial communities, with the possibility of extension for up to one year.
