We have an exciting postdoctoral position open to work with advanced cancer bioinformatics at the Insititute for Cancer Research in Oslo, Norway.

The researcher will use advanced computational approaches to analyse molecular and clinical data of gastrointestinal stromal tumours associated with aggressive clinical behaviour. The analysis will include genome and transcriptome sequencing, single-cell sequencing, long-read sequencing and spatial transcriptomics of tumour samples.
