The journal accepts articles on all aspects of computational biology from all over the world<strong> with no publication charge and no production charge</strong>. In order to ensure the dispersion of knowledge and ideas without hindrances, the journal assures free access to all its publications and will be available to use for non-commercial purposes.</span></p>

Submission to IJCB implies that all the reproducible materials described in the paper, including raw data, additional results and the supplementary data will be freely available to everyone to use them for non-commercial purposes, if they wish. For promoting development and use of open source software, manuscripts in which software is the core of the result, authors should ensure that methods are described in sufficient detail for reproducibility.
