Initially, I have 3 positions to fill and I would be very grateful if you can help me spread this to potential candidates. The group will be dedicated to the fundamental question of how transcription and translation is integrated, but will also address other topics in RNA biology.<br>
<br>The lab is looking to recruit people from both the computational and experimental side of biology who will be working closely together. The applicants will be working with NGS techniques such as ribosome profiling and RNA-Seq as well as CRISPR/Cas9 genome engineering to elucidate the regulation of translation and transcription during zebrafish embryogenesis.<br>
