Hi everyone, <br>

We have an open position as a software developer. The project focuses on capturing the variability and detail of bioinformatics workflows dealing with sequencing data in order to facilitate updating, re-use, comparison, adaptation and optimization of such workflows.<br>

<br>

The position is for 1 year - full time, with probabilities of extension, placed at the Bioinformatics Core Facility at the Sahlgrenska Academy, Gothenburg University.<br>

<br>

The project is a collaboration with the Computer Science and Engineering department at Chalmers University of Technology.<br>
