<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;" class=""><div class="">Barntumörbanken (BTB), or in English: The Swedish Childhood Tumour Biobank, is a national infrastructure and sample collection for childhood tumors. BTB is currently also coordinating the national initiative Genomic Medicine Sweden (GMS) for paediatric cancer, with the purpose to implement whole genome sequencing in clinical practise for patients with childhood tumours. We are now looking for a motivated data manager/bioinformatician to contribute in developing sequencing data handling, and analysis, for the projects BTB manages and takes part in.
