Are you interested in engaging in scientific research using
data-driven approaches in a cutting-edge scientific environment? Then
consider applying for a DDLS Fellow position! The SciLifeLab and
Wallenberg National Program for Data-Driven Life Science (DDLS) are now
recruiting 19 high-profile young researchers as DDLS Fellows.

Each Fellow will be recruited under tenure track principles (usually)
and will receive a recruitment package of 17 MSEK (about 1.6 MUSD) for a
5-year period, covering their own salary and other resources, such as
two PhD students and postdoc positions.

The SciLifeLab and Wallenberg National Program for Data-Driven Life
Science (DDLS), funded by the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation,
continues its mission to recruit and train the next generation of life
scientists. In this second recruitment phase, the program aims to
recruit 19 new Fellows, specializing in any of our four key research
areas: data-driven precision medicine and diagnostics, data-driven
epidemiology and infection biology, data-driven cell and molecular
biology, and data-driven evolution and biodiversity.

By becoming a
DDLS Fellow, you will join the vanguard of next-generation data-driven
life scientists and will contribute to establishing globally leading
computational and data science capabilities in the field of Swedish life
science. You will play a vital role in propelling the data-driven
paradigm shift in life sciences and conduct groundbreaking research at
the forefront of your specific area of expertise. Additionally, you will
have the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier researchers and help
forming a strong global research community that cultivates
interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral initiatives.

The future of life science is data-driven. Will you be leading that
change with us? Then join us in this unique program! If you know someone
who might be interested in applying? Share this with them!
