 Hi Everyone

The attefallshus (freestanding small house) on the property where I live
has become available for rent from 1st June (or by arrangement). It is ca.
30m2 and the rent is 6500 kr per month.

The house is situated in Huddinge (on Söderåkersvägen) in a peaceful
neighbourhood. Coop and ICA are close by, and there are also parks,
children’s playgrounds, and some beautiful lakes in the area, including the
popular swimming spot Långsjöbadet.

It can be reached by Pendeltåg from T-Centralen (about 50 minutes total
travel time from Stockholm University / Naturhisoriska riskmuseet) and also
has access to the green metro line (Rågsved), about a 20 minute walk or
short bus ride.
