[Drand] Nextcloud/Gitlab disturbances

Dear colleagues,

today (14/8) we had problems with one of our servers which following a 
planned restart
did not start back up properly. This resulted in Nextcloud and Gitlab 
being down for most
of the day. In addition a missing service on srv06 resulted in problems 
for logging in to
Indico.

The services are running now and the server is stable. Apologies for any 
inconvenience
this may have caused.
