[Inparanoid] InParanoid 4.1 standalone version

Hello!

I am using the InParanoid 4.1 to compare find orthologs and paralogs
between two species. In the process of running the perl program, there is a
message shown on the screen:

Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at ./../inparanoid_4.1/
blast_parser.pl line 258, <> line 34

Is this a problem?
