[Inparanoid] InParanoid 4.1 standalone version

Dear,

I run the inParanoid 4.1 for the sample input files SC and EC, the ruturned results is 26 orthologous pairs, right?

And, if I want to run "inparanoid.pl" with more stringent control, which parameter (e.g., $conf_cutoff, $score_cutoff) may be chosen? many thanks
