Hello, i will found orthologue proteins betwen 2 organismes with 
inparanoid, when i writ in console perl inparanoid.pl sequence1.fasta 
sequence2.fasta, i have this message: "Blast output file A-> B is missing".
I dont understand why?
Can you help me please ?
