[Inparanoid] Question

Hi,

one can pick another cutoff, but based on experience we found 40 bits to 
be safe yet permissive.  It used to be 50 but with the new low 
complexity filtering in Blast we could lower it to 40 without getting 
too many low complexity false positives.
