It is our pleasure to invite you to submit an abstract and attend the IET
BioSysBio 2008 conference.

BioSysBio 2008 is primarily aimed at graduate students, post-docs and junior
faculty working in biology and biotechnology.

The IET BioSysBio Organising Committee welcomes contributions in the fields
of Synthetic Biology, Systems Biology and Bioinformatics. These may range
from research concepts and ideas to technical issues and industrial
applications. 
 
Contributions are encouraged from, but not limited to, the themes and topics
in the following areas:
 * Synthetic Biology
 * Design of biological parts, devices and systems
 * iGEM projects (international Genetically Engineered Machines Competition)
 * Emergent behaviour and self-organising systems in biology
 * Biocomputing 
 * Systems Biology 
 * Quantitative bioanalysis and metabolomics
 * Gene regulation and profiling
 * Microarray analysis and tools for analysis
 * Bioinformatics & Computational Biology
 * Tools and databases for genomic analysis and modeling
 * Algorithms for computational biology
 * Structural and computational genomics
  
 
Key Dates:  
 * Sunday 9 December 2007 - Abstract Submission Deadline
 * Wednesday 9 January 2008 - Early-bird registration opens for accepted
abstract authors. Successful authors will receive notification before this
date  
 * Monday 21 January 2008 - Full registration opens
