Bioinformatician (Position No. 30112008-03)

Services Unit, Methodological Services, Jokioinen or Helsinki. The 
bioinformatician will apply and develop bioinformatics methods in 
genomics research. The research aims to improve the production and 
quality properties of plants and farm animals, to investigate genetic 
resources and to develop ecologically sustainable food production.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in bioinformatics, 
statistics, computer science, molecular genetics, biotechnology or other 
suitable field. A doctorate is considered an asset.
