There are four positions in computational biology are now available at the
Paterson Institute.

The Paterson Institute is a leading cancer centre of excellence core-funded
by Cancer Research UK and is an Institute of The University of Manchester.

We are seeking motivated scientists interested in joining the ACBB group and
applying state of the art techniques (see for example, xmap.picr.man.ac.uk)
to integrate, analyse and interpret datasets arising from the latest
generation of microarrays (including exon, SNP and tiling arrays),
quantitative mass-spectrometry and next generation sequencing.

The positions available are:

* Postdoctoral Scientist - specialist in transcription
* Postdoctoral Scientist - pathway specialist
* Postdoctoral Scientist - specialist in sequence analysis
* Bioinformatics Programmer
