CALL FOR PAPER
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Participants submitting an abstract to the EMBnet Conference 2008 
have the possibility to be chosen for submitting a full paper in a 
BMC Bioinformatics academic supplement dedicated to the conference. 
The abstracts submitted will be selected for a full paper submission 
on the basis of novelty, technical relevance, quality, clarity of 
presentation and objective analysis of the reported experiences. 
Proposal for high-profile survey papers could be also considered for 
publication.

REGISTRATION TO THE "GRID COMPUTING" TUTORIAL
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The Institute for Biomedical Technologies (ITB) and the National 
Institute of Nuclear Physics (INFN) in Bari, in collaboration with 
EMBnet are organizing a tutorial on the use of GRID computing for 
life science applications.


The tutorial will take place at the Park Hotel San Michele, Martina 
Franca, Taranto, Italy
on September 17, 2008 and will be held by a panel of National and 
International expert in the field.
