Dear Colleagues,
It is our pleasure to reiterate our invitation for all members of SocBin
to attend the annual conference of the Society (Bioinformatics2008),
which is organized in Warsaw, April 24-27.
The Program Committee has put a lot of work into attracting the best
possible speakers for the proposed sessions, and they managed to
assemble an impressive programme (please find it attached). We believe
that Bioinformatics2008 will be the really good place to get in touch
with the latest achievements in their respective fields.
While there is certain bias towards structural bioinformatics among
invited speakers, we will balance the programme using the remaining
sessions with oral presentation selected from posters (twelve open
slots). It is intention of organizers to put a strong emphasis on the
non-structural sub-disciplines of bioinformatics during the selection of
oral presentations from presented posters. Therefore we would like to
encourage non-structural bioinformaticists to participate in
Bioinformatics 2008 and share the result of their research.
Since the publication of the abstract book cannot wait until the very
last day, please register today and sumbit your abstract until the hard
deadline of April 7 2008, 9:00 (Monday morning).
We are looking forward to see you in Warsaw!
Best regards,
Witold Rudnicki
Chair of the Local Organizing Committee
Janusz Bujnicki
Chair of the Programme Committee
P.S. The Chair of the Local Organizing Committee has booked perfect
spring weather for conference time for Warsaw.
Please come and check it.
