[Socbin] Announcement: The Swedish Bioinformatics Workshop 2009

The 9th annual Swedish Bioinformatics Workshop 2009 will be held 12-13th of
March in Umeå. 

SBW 2009 is open to everyone, but is mainly targeting PhD students and
postdocs within the areas of bioinformatics, computational biology,
evolution, genomics, metabolomics, metagenomics, protein structure
prediction, statistical modelling and systems biology. 

A detailed invitation with information about webpage and registration will
be sent out at a later date. But mark these dates on your calendar now.

Place: Umeå University

SBW 2009 is organized by the Computational Life Science Cluster (CLIC), a
joint effort to stimulate, organize and advance computational life science
in Umeå. CLIC host researchers from several departments and centres at the
Faculty of science and technology and the Faculty of medicine, Umeå
University. CLIC is physically located in the Chemical Biology Center (KBC).
