Dear Dr. Elofsson,

I send information on our Internet based course on Pharmaceutical
Bioinformatics, which you find here:  www.pharmbio.org.

The course, which covers recent chemical and bioinformatics aspect of drugs
and their interactions with target proteins and many other aspects of drugs,
has impact on areas like the chemical, biological and biomedical ones, where
molecular interactions are involved. The course is open, free without
charge, for students on pre-graduate and graduate levels. Also researchers
and teachers will benefit from the course. The course is given in English
and can be taken in its whole from your own computer anywhere in the world.

The course has met with great success; only this year we have had over 300
participants. The course is given biannually and the next course starts in
the last week of January 2011 and is now open for registration. For further
information, while the course is at present completely free of charge,
starting from September 2011 Uppsala University will be obliged to charge
non EU/EES citizens for the education. We thus strongly recommend that you
to sign up now for the January 2011 course, as this is the last chance to
take the course free without charge for non EU/EES citizens.

Please observe that you should send in your qualifications before October
15, 2010 to have the best chance to participate in the January 2011 course.
Although applications submitted after this date will be considered, we can
not guarantee that your application will be evaluated in time to participate
in the January 2011 course!
