[SocBiN] [Cph-bioinformatics] Seeking a postdoc in computational RNA systems biology

Dear all,

We are searching for a postdoc who can join our team in analyzing
noncoding RNAs at a system wide scale. The deadline for applying is
January 6th, 2013.

*Background*

Noncoding RNA (ncRNA) is a class of genes and structural elements which
play a variety of roles in the cell including regulation and
housekeeping functions. NcRNA often function through their interactions.

*Job description*

The project takes outset methods for predictions of RNA-RNA interactions
develop in the group and will use these to connect noncoding RNAs to
proteins through protein contexts, such as protein-protein interactions.
A second component in the project will be to include methods for
RNA-protein interactions.
