[Socbin] Post doc in computational RNA systems biology

Dear colleague,

Center for non-coding RNA in Technology and Health (RTH) invites 
applications for a position as post doc in computational RNA systems 
biology for 2 years and 3 months from April 1st, 2012, or as soon as 
possible thereafter. Application deadline is February 23rd.

The outset of the post doc project is to correlate the ncRNA candidates 
to protein coding genes through RNA-RNA and RNA-protein interactions and 
possible co-expression patterns. This will be applied in the context of 
gene interactions (STITCH) based on information from multiple sources. 
Furthermore, literature mining can be included as an additional layer of 
seeking information about the ncRNA candidates.
