Call for abstracts for oral communications and posters

Topics
Focus topic: Bioinformatics methods, algorithms, tools, applications for
non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) role in genome expression, maintenance and
stability.
A short list of topics includes: On-line tools and interfaces; Data
integration;, cloud applications; workflow management platforms;
Ontologies; Semantic Web tools; Wikis; Computational synthetic biology
and systems biology; Genotype-phenotype linkage; Integrative modelling,
analyses and simulation; Network analysis; Prediction and integration of
regulatory networks.

Abstracts must not exceed four pages for oral communications and two
pages for posters.

BMC Bioinformatics Supplement
Authors of all abstracts presented at the joint meeting, both as oral
communication and as poster, will be invited to a Call for papers that
will select best scientific works for a Supplement in BMC Bioinformatics
(IF 2.58).
Publication will be subject to the payment of a fee because BMC
Bioinformatics is an Open Access journal.
