Hi all,

Applications are invited for a course on Structural Bioinformatics that is
being organised by EMBL-EBI and that will be held from 12-16 October 2015. This
course will explore bioinformatics data resources and tools that are available
for the interpretation and exploitation of biomacromolecular structures,
focusing on how best to use structural information to gain the most from it in
specific research contexts. The five days will each have a different theme,
viz.:

- Day 1 - Monday 12 October - Bringing structure to biology
- Day 2 - Tuesday 13 October - New structures from old
- Day 3 - Wednesday 14 October - Genetic variation and protein structure
- Day 4 - Thursday 15 October - From structure to function
- Day 5 - Friday 16 October - Small molecules with big effects

Besides EMBL-EBI staff, trainers will include a number of internationally
recognised experts in the field.

For more information about the course and details of how to apply, please
