The COAT research centre is organizing a summer school entitled:

Exploring RNA biology using bioinformatics tools and the UCSC genome browser.



The main focus of the summer school is to explore transcriptome-wide data including gene expression, RNA structure, ncRNA and protein-RNA interactions using tools for computational analysis of RNA sequence data and of RNA structures and the powerful tools available through the UCSC Genome Browser.



The summer school takes place at University of California, Santa Cruz, USA, 10-14 August 2015.

Deadline for registration is 28 June.
