Three bioinformatics positions in London - deadlines early December 2015.

The group focuses on the biology of vectors of human disease (mosquitoes in
particular). The roles are centred around the development of web-based
databases and tools for analysis of large-scale data.

1.   Population Biology Bioinformatician (Research Associate; postdoc). Role:
To develop one or more aspects of a vector population biology database and
associated infrastructure, and help with building data visualisation tools
to discover genotype-phenotype associations, population structure and
population dynamics. Start date: ASAP. Duration: 1 year initially and
renewed every year to up to 4 years based on performance and
non-competitive funding renewal. Vacancy Reference Number: NS 2015 206 PB.

2.   Research Assistant Bioinformatician (graduate level). Role: To process
transcription profiling data using established protocols and platforms and
