Dear colleagues,

there are two post-doc positions available in the fields of systems
biology and translational cancer research in the Systems Biology group,
Faculty of Medicine, University of Helsinki, Finland.

The overall objective of our research is to identify drug resistant cell
populations and develop combinatorial treatments to kill drug resistant
cancer cells. Post-docs are expected to develop and apply integrative
computational methods to identify predictive models for treatment efficacy
by taking an advantage of multi-level big data (e.g., mRNA, miRNA,
epigenetics, proteomics, genetics and clinical). Projects are based on
fresh ovarian cancer patient clinical samples taken before and after
chemotherapy.

Duration of the post-doc period is negotiable and can be 2-5 years.

Best regards,

Sampsa
