Technologies such as ChIP-Seq, single cell and bulk RNA-Seq and quantitative proteomics, among others will be used (please refer to our publications in Nature 2014, Neurobiology of Disease 2014, Science 2016), along with other biochemistry, molecular and cell biology techniques. The applicants must have previous research experience in either one of the three following areas:

> RNA biology and non-coding RNAs (including expertize in techniques such as iCLIP, ChIRP and related)
> Chromatin biochemistry (including expertize in techniques such as Chip-Seq and related)
> Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (including expertize in analysis of single cell and/or bulk RNA-Seq transcriptomics, ChIP-Seq and epigenomics and related; note: this specific post-doctoral position is for 4 years)
