[SocBiN] Postdoctoral fellow: Spectroscopic image analysis at Lund University

Dear all,

We are looking to recruit a postdoc with knowledge in spectroscopic image 
analysis for a two-year fellowship, as part of a larger project on Molecular 
Interactions Controlling soil Carbon Sequestration, MICCS: http://miccs.info/

We are looking for someone with a PhD in spectroscopy, computational biology, 
machine learning or some related discipline. The project is focused on 
analyzing and modeling the spatially heterogeneous decomposition of soil 
organic matter by fungi. In short, the candidate will need to select and 
combine suitable methods from statistics, machine learning and image analysis 
to elucidate the biochemical mechanisms governing decomposition of organic 
matter.
