Dear all,

We are looking for a postdoctoral / project researcher to join our team in the Computational Biomedicine group at the Medical Bioinformatics Centre, Turku Centre for Biotechnology, Finland.

The work involves processing and analysis of high-throughput next-generation sequencing data to answer complex biomedical questions. Specific focus areas include, for instance, epigenomics and non-coding RNA. In addition to method development, the work covers implementation and benchmarking of existing tools and workflows.
