[SocBiN] European Student Council Symposium (ESCS) at ECCB 2024 - 17 September, Finland

Dear all,
The ISCB Student Council is thrilled to announce the *8th Student Council
Symposium in Europe*. Primarily aimed at *early-career researchers in
bioinformatics, computational biology* and related fields, this symposium
serves as a platform for young researchers in Computational Biology and
Bioinformatics.
Attendees can showcase their research to a global audience, establish
connections within the computational biology community, and enhance soft
skills in a collaborative environment that encourages the exchange of ideas
and knowledge.
This year’s edition features:
✔ Keynote talks
✔ Best poster and best talk prizes
✔ Ice-breaking and networking sessions
✔ Many more exciting and new segments
 This event takes place at *Logomo in Turku, Finland, preceeding ECCB2024
conference (**https://eccb2024.fi/ <https://eccb2024.fi/>**). **It is a
one-day event on Tuesday 17th of September.*
