Do you want to learn advanced AI concepts and change the way peptide drugs are developed?
Then this position is for you. Building on our recent developments RareFold (https://github.com/patrickbryant1/RareFold) and PepINVENT(https://github.com/MolecularAI/PepINVENT) we will expand peptide design to include oral bioavailability as a design variable.

You will also be a part of the prestigious DDLS program and have access to Sweden's biggest computer clusters. The position is fully funded with a competitive package.
