This three-day course combines lectures and hands-on sessions to provide practical training in modern machine learning approaches for integrating multi-omics datasets. Participants will gain experience with state-of-the-art methods, including feature selection, DIABLO, MOFA, deep learning, autoencoders, and single-cell integration using Seurat.
