HI Fredrik,

I might be interested in teaching this course. Can I look at the exact schedule for the course? I was planning to go on vacation in December, so might not be feasible but before that I want to look at the schedule.

Regards
Vipin

This email is aimed for all PhD students with teaching assigments and those interested in teaching assigments in the future.

Hej,

The new academic year has just started and some of you have recently started with the courses. Every year we have a startup meeting for all teaching assistants. In the first part I give some practical information and mention new developments. It is also a good opportunity for you to ask questions regarding assignments. In the second part you meet Fysikum's equal oppotunities representative Sara Strandberg who will talk about the gender equality and equal opportunities at Fysikum. This part is compulsory for new teaching assistants and if you have not taken part previously.

I would appreciate if all of you who are teachinig assistents and those of you who are interested to have assignments in the future take part during the first half an hour.

Thursday September 26, FB42

13:30-14:00 Practical information (all assistants)

14:00-15:00 Gender equality and equal opportunities (compulsory for new TA's)

Have nice weekend,

Fredrik

The new academic year starts this week and I also hope you are looking forward to your new assignments. Like previous year we will have an introductory meeting where I will give a short overview and some practical information for teaching assistants. After that Sara Strandberg who is the representative for equal opportunities at the department will talk about gender equality and equal opportunities. This last part of the meeting with Sara is compulsory for all new teaching assistants or anyone who has missed it previous year.

This is also a good opportunity to raise general questions about teaching assignments. If you have something you think we need to discuss, please let me know in advance if possible.

Everyone that has been assigned teaching tasks and anyone who is interested in working as teaching assistant in the future are welcome to the meeting on Monday October 17 in FP22 10:00-11:00 (house 1 at the bus stop). I hope to see all of you there.

Best regards,

Fredrik
